The Adventures of Ace, DBA

A comic designed by Steve Karam about the trials and tribulations of being an Oracle DBA. The style is very much like xkcd, as 1) I can’t draw, and 2) xkcd is hilarious.

In the IT industry, we see a lot that is funny every day. DBAs have a unique perspective, as we work with other DBAs, developers, Q&A, management, sales, sysadmins, and more every single day.

Some of these comics might be funny. Some will not be. Sometimes you may not see a comic for a while. Sometimes you may see a couple a day. It’s chaos. Live with it.
