Introducing Ace, DBA

Ace is a Jr. DBA trying like hell to maintain his own sanity, which is tough to do when faced with cynical coworkers, bureaucracy at every level, and countless database issues.

Feel free to read the about page for more explanation regarding who I am, and why I have created this comic in the first place. I’d also appreciate any constructive criticism, ideas, or whatever else you might wish to send me!

    Here’s an idea for a comic:

    The DBA’s prayer:
    Now I lay me down to sleep;
    I pray the Lord my pager won’t beep.

    (you could continue with something like….”And if I’m paged before I wake / I pray the Lord my strength to fake” or something similar…something that would actually be funny ;) ….)
